If fish is desired instead of meat as the main course, it can be included in the menu for an additional charge of DKK 75
*Danish Gastro Veal is a cross between well-known dairy breeds and classic beef cattle. This results in calves with great muscle density and meat with exceptional tenderness and lots of flavour. Danish Gastro Veal also has two hearts out of three in the Animal Welfare Scheme.
