​'Dansk Gastro Veal is a cross between well-known dairy breeds and classic beef cattle. This results in calves with great muscle density and meat with exceptional tenderness and lots of flavour. Dansk Gastro Kalv also has two hearts in the Animal Welfare Scheme.
