We make all food from scratch and develop a new, exciting menu every 14 days, because we use fresh, local ingredients of the season. Our specialty is classic, French dishes with great inspiration from Nordic cuisine. Therefore, many of the dishes naturally consist of fish and shellfish. If your stomach gets full before your eyes, we'll be happy to pack up any leftovers for you, so you can take the treats home. That way, you can enjoy your restaurant visit for several days, and together we fight food waste.
