When ordering in advance, you may choose fish instead of meat as the main course for an additional DKK 75.
A vegetarian main course is also available by pre-order.

*Danish Gastro Veal is a cross between well-known dairy breeds and classic beef cattle. This results in calves with great muscle density and meat with exceptional tenderness and lots of flavour. Danish Gastro Veal also has two hearts out of three in the Animal Welfare Scheme.​​​
