The finished flour mixture can now be bought at Melstedgaard by Gudhjem, Torvehallen, Gartnervangen 6 in Rønne and in the Bornholmerbutikken in Torvehallerne on Frederiksborggade 21 - and of course at Le Port.
The story Anisbrød and Le Port belong together, and go back to 1976, when Jette Jantzen bought Vang Bodega - and turned it into a gourmet restaurant, under the name Le Port. Jette experimented for a long time with getting the right bread for the restaurant and after a couple of years she succeeded with the now "famous anise bread".
